Margot Eimla Pereteraapia (Family Therapy)

Margot Eimla Pereteraapia is your partner on the journey to mental well-being. My journey to acquiring psychological knowledge has been long and unconventional. From an early age, I have been fascinated by the human psyche and relationships, which have guided me naturally and logically to my current calling – helping people with their mental health issues. I have studied psychology in the University of Tartu and currently undergoing foundational systemic family therapy training at the Estonian School of Family Therapy to become a certified family psychotherapist. Since 2023, I have been a proud member of the Estonian Family Therapy Association. My goal in my work is to offer clients understanding, support, and professional guidance on their path to growth and healing. I am fully dedicated to caring for my clients’ mental well-being, helping them find balance and peace in their lives.

How can I help you?

Couples Counseling: when you need help with relationship issues, restoring emotional and physical intimacy, or dealing with changes in different phases of your relationship. Couples counseling helps restore closeness and find ways to cope with changes in relationships.

Family counseling focuses on family dynamics, helping to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen family bonds. The process involves all family members to create a more harmonious and supportive home environment.

Individual Counseling: is aimed at those facing work or personal stress, emotional tension, and anxiety. I offer support and guidance to achieve deeper self-understanding and find new coping strategies. I am grateful for the opportunity to do work that is so deeply fulfilling and has a true impact on people’s lives. If you are ready to start a journey toward better self-awareness, clarity, and well-being, I am here to support you!
